Q. WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?
Please see the 'Delivery' tab on all products for more information about delivery timings. Most of our engagement rings, wedding rings and fine jewellery pieces are made to order and require between 6-8 weeks for manufacture. Some of our coloured gemstone and alternative diamond engagement rings are ready to ship. If you have any questions regarding the manufacture time or delivery of a piece, please contact us.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CREATE A BESPOKE PIECE?
Once the design and cost is confirmed we will begin creating your piece. Your bespoke piece will take between 6-12 weeks to complete (depending on the design) from confirmation to ring completion. Please see our bespoke process page for more details or email us to request a Bespoke Guide which explains the process in more detail.
Q: I’VE SENT YOU AN EMAIL - HOW LONG BEFORE I’LL HEAR BACK?
If you've sent us an email or submitted a bespoke form, we will do our utmost to reply to you either on the same day or the following working day. Make sure you check your junk inbox if you haven't heard back from us after 72 hours.
Q: CAN YOU CREATE A BESPOKE PIECE IN LESS THAN 6 WEEKS?
Unfortunately we're unable to commit to any less than our stated lead times for bespoke pieces. However, if you do need a piece quickly we recommend getting in touch and we can see what we can do for you. Alternatively for swift purchases, take a look at our ready to ship pieces.
Q: I DON’T KNOW WHAT RING SIZE I NEED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you're based in London, please do visit our showroom and we'd be happy to measure you. Alternatively, we can offer some guidance for finding out a ring size, or supply you with an easy to use plastic finger sizer. Please contact us for any more help regarding this.
Q: CAN YOU RESIZE?
All our bespoke engagement and wedding rings come with one complimentary resize service. For our ready to ship pieces, please contact us after purchase to amend the ring size. However if you are unsure of the size you need we recommend making the purchase and then visiting our showroom to be sized. This helps avoid unneccessary additional resizing which can compromise the integrity of the piece. We ask you to allow 10 working days for resizing. We do not offer resizing or repairs on any pieces not made by us.
Q: CAN YOU REWORK AN EXISTING OR HEIRLOOM PIECE?
Yes, absolutely! We love breathing new life into existing piece so they can be loved and worn. Our bespoke minimum spend is applicable to reworks and starts at £2000. Please reach out to us via the bespoke form to begin the process. We will ask to see images of existing pieces first and then will need to access them in person prior to committing to the project.
Q: CAN YOU WORK WITH A STONE WE SUPPLY?
No, we only work with stones carefully sourced by us from our trusted diamond and gemstone suppliers. In order to guarantee the integrity of our pieces, it's crucial we know with certainty where our materials have come from.
Q: WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR DIAMONDS AND GEMSTONES FROM?
All our diamonds and coloured gemstones are carefully sourced from our trusted dealers. We only work with suppliers who share our values in ethical supply chain and fair manufacturing standards. All our diamonds are purchased in accordance with the Kimberley Process.
Q: WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR PRECIOUS METALS FROM?
We only work with recycled precious metals for our pieces.
Q: CAN I RETURN MY BESPOKE OR MADE-TO-ORDER PIECE?
Due to the incredibly personalised nature of these sales, it is not possible to return bespoke pieces.
Q: CAN I RETURN MY ONE-OF-A-KIND COLLECTION PIECE?
Our ready to ship pieces are eligable for return if the recipient emails us within 7 days of receipt. You will be refunded the full price of the piece minus the shipping cost. You will need to take responsibility for the return shipped to us - it will need to shipped safely using an insured and trackable service. We will only accept returns where the item arrives in a pristine, unworn condition and in its original box and packaging.
