The information below is our Shipping and Returns Policy, by making a purchase you are agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions – please ensure that you have read and understood all details before making a purchase. All Clarice Price Thomas jewellery is handmade in our studio in East London. Jewellery purchased from this website has been created especially for you with the utmost care, attention and precision. You can purchase from almost anywhere in the world easily and quickly.


SHIPPING

We only use postal companies and services that we know and trust. All of our jewellery is posted with insurance that covers the full price of the piece(s) being purchased and all packages will require a signature upon delivery for security reasons.

See below for a list of our shipping options offered in the UK, EU, USA and all other destinations. Please note that although we only use guaranteed delivery services, we cannot be held responsible for late or missed deliveries.
All jewellery is handmade to order and each piece has a different lead-time. Every product listing will detail the specific production time for that particular piece but normally production times are 5 working days prior to shipping. Please remember that the shipping times below do not include production time.

 

  • Shipping within the UK

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery by 1pm:
This is a fully tracked and insured service which will require a signature upon delivery. This is a Next Day service so your item will be delivered a day after dispatch by 1pm. We’re happy to offer this shipping option, free of charge, for all orders.

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery by 9am:
This is a fully tracked and insured service which will require a signature upon delivery. This is a Next Day service so your item will be delivered a day after dispatch by 9am. Cost of shipping service is £8. Any additional items will be charged at £3 per item.

Same Day Delivery:
If you need an item the same day and we have it ready to ship for you straight away, we can offer a Same Day Delivery for London addresses only. Please contact us directly here if you would like to arrange same day delivery within London.

  • Shipping within EU

Royal Mail International Signed For:
This service is tracked in the UK, insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Estimated delivery is 3-5 working days. Cost of shipping service is £10. Any additional items will be charged at £3 per item.

Express Delivery:
We may be able to get your order to you quicker using a private courier company. Prices and delivery times will depend on the piece purchased and the shipping destination. Please click here to enquire about express delivery to the EU.

  • Shipping to USA

Royal Mail International Signed For:
This service is tracked in the UK only, insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Estimated delivery is 5-7 working days. Cost of shipping service is £15. Any additional items will be charged at £3 per item.

Express Delivery:
We may be able to get your order to you more quickly using a private courier company. Prices and delivery times will depend on the piece purchased and the shipping destination. Please click here to enquire about express delivery to the USA.

  • Shipping to all other destinations

Royal Mail International Signed For:
All other shipping destinations are posted via Royal Mail International Signed For (tracked in the UK, insured and signature upon delivery). Estimated delivery is 5-7 working days. Cost of shipping service is £15. Any additional items will be charged at £3 per item.

Express Delivery:
We may be able to get your order to you quicker using a private courier company. Prices and delivery times will depend on the piece purchased and the shipping destination. Please click here to enquire about express delivery to all other destinations.


RETURNS

Every piece of jewellery has been handcrafted with love and care. We would never send out a piece that we didn’t believe you would love. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase please get in touch with us straight away.

All jewellery is handmade to order especially for you, therefore unfortunately we are only able to offer a refund or return on pieces that are found to be faulty. We may sometimes be able to offer exchanges, please contact us here to enquire.


PACKAGING

All order are carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive with you safely and securely. Each piece of jewellery comes boxed and is accompanied by our care card, with more information about your purchase.


GIFT ORDERS

If you’re ordering the jewellery as a present or gift, we can make it extra special for its recipient by including a handwritten, personalised note for you. Just send us an email here or leave a comment in the Additional Info box at checkout with your message.


AGREEMENT

The terms and conditions listed above as well as additional information on our FAQ, Privacy & Terms pages form the entire agreement between us, Clarice Price Thomas and you, the customer.
