PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • What payment methods do you accept?

All transactions are processed by Paypal to ensure security. You can either choose to pay with you paypal account or by debit or credit card. The website accepts Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and American Express.


PURCHASING & SIZING

  • How do I make a purchase?

Simply click on the product you would like to buy and add it to your cart. Remember to select ring size and/or colour where applicable. You can add any extra information in the note to seller box at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order. As soon as your order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation email with your shipping details so that you can easily track your order as it makes its way to you.

  • I don’t know what ring size I need, what should I do?

We advise you to visit your local jewellers to find out your ring size; if you’re buying a gift, we recommend that you take an existing ring to be sized. If you’re based in London please do visit our studio and we’d be happy to help.

Alternatively, we can supply an easy to use plastic finger sizer – please contact us here for any more help regarding this.

We want to make sure your ring fits perfectly, so please ensure you know the correct ring size before purchasing. We make all our rings to standard sizes however if you know your exact size (such as J 1/2) then please add a note to the seller box at the checkout.

  • What if I order the wrong size?

All our jewellery is made-to-order so please ensure you know the size you require before placing your order.

If your ring doesn’t fit, however, there are a couple of things we can do to help. We are happy to offer an exchange for your correct size if we have another one in stock. If not we can easily adjust your ring for you for a small fee and providing there isn’t too much difference in the sizes. We can adjust rings either up or down in size by up to 2 sizes. Please use the contact page here to get in touch regarding sizing issues.

  • Can I order a ring in a US or EURO size?

Yes you can. When you select your size we provide US and EURO sizes as well, so simply select the one you need. If your size is not listed please contact us here or write a message with exact sizing details in the Additional Info box at checkout.

  • Can I visit your workshop to view and/or purchase a piece?

We love having visitors to the studio and are always happy to show you pieces before you purchase as.

Please contact us by email to arrange an appointment. Please include details of the piece(s) you’d like to see so we can ensure we have the designs in the studio.

Our studio is based in East London. Our working hours are usually Monday-Friday 9-6pm, however, if you are unable to visit us during the week, we are sometimes able to meet customers at the weekend.

BESPOKE & CUSTOMISED ORDERS

  • Do you design and make bespoke pieces?

Yes we do – we love working on bespoke orders with customers. Whatever occasion you have coming up, we’d be honoured to help you create the perfect gift.

  • I only wear solid gold, are your pieces available in different metal options?

Yes, we can make any piece from our Silver Collections in any metal for you including 9ct and 18ct yellow, rose or white gold and platinum. Unfortunately pieces from our Fine Collections can only be ordered in 18ct or platinum.

  • Can you customise orders? (engraving, finishes, stones, materials, chain lengths etc.)

Would you like a shorter or longer chain, a bespoke engraving or a different finish? No problem at all! We’re happy to work to your specifications to customise a piece so it’s perfect for you. Please use the Additional Info box at checkout if you have any special requests.

We can also use a specific stone if you have a favourite, or custom make the piece you’d like in a different metal. Please note that any customised pieces will not be eligible for a refund, return or exchange. Get in touch to discuss options of how we can work together to create something unique for you.

  • Do you accept repair jobs?

Please click here to get in touch with us if a piece from us requires a repair. Unfortunately we’re only able to accept repair jobs for pieces purchased from us, however, we may be able to recommend a third party.


BESPOKE ENGAGEMENT & WEDDING

Clarice works from her studio and showroom in East London where all the jewellery is handmade to order by her. As well as creating her Silver and Fine Collections, she specialises in creating bespoke pieces including engagement and wedding rings.

  • Can you design and make my engagement ring?

We love working on custom orders and would be honoured to make an engagement ring for you! We can either customise a piece from our Wedding Collections using different stones, or metals, or we can design something completely unique for you.

  • How much does a bespoke engagement ring cost?

This is a really hard question to answer as there are endless opportunities as to what can be created which is why creating a bespoke piece can be so amazing. Clarice is always happy to explore lots of different ideas but it's always helpful to know up front what your budget it as this really affects what materials she recommends for a particular design. Our bespoke pieces start from £1800 upwards.

  • I have a stone I want to use already- can you design a ring for it?

Absolutely – starting with a stone is often the best way to begin designing a custom piece. Please don't hesitate to get in touch here for more information.

  • We’re getting married and need some wedding rings, can you help?

It’s always a pleasure to make wedding rings; as well as providing classic wedding ring shapes such a court, flat, d-shape etc., Clarice designs completely unique wedding rings to perfectly suit the couple.

  • Can you make a wedding ring to fit against my engagement ring?

We think it’s best to have a wedding ring which sits perfectly alongside your engagement ring, not only so it looks beautiful, but also for comfort. Clarice often designs wedding rings to fit an engagement ring; whether this requires a gentle curve which follows the stone, a sharp angle or a even a section cut away into the wedding ring. We love working on bespoke orders and would love to help make your wedding rings for you.

  • Can you make me gifts for my bridesmaids and groomsmen?

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

  • How do I care for my jewellery?

We want to help you keep your jewellery looking it’s very best so you can always enjoy it. Please see our Jewellery Care page here to find out more information about cleaning, storing and caring for your jewellery.


MATERIALS

We are proud to be a thriving young creative business with our roots firmly based in London. A big part of this is our unique process and choice of materials. We’ve created a special part of the website with in-depth information about how we work and the materials we use here, but we’ve covered a few questions below which you also may find useful.

  • Where is your jewellery made?

We pride ourselves on being entirely London-based; everything is designed, made and finished by hand, in-house. Clarice completes most of the work at our studio in East London. All of our jewellery is meticulously handmade using carefully sourced materials. We never mass-produce pieces, ensuring that every piece is made with precision and perfectly finished. We use skilled craftsmen and women in Clerkenwell for our engraving and stone setting, and in Holloway for our casting. All of the stones used in our pieces are sourced from a family-run stone dealers based in Hatton Garden.

  • What materials do you use?

The metals we use are Sterling Silver, 9ct and 18ct Yellow, Rose and White Gold and Platinum. All of our silver jewellery is also available in a 18ct Yellow Gold plate option – please do get in touch if there is a piece you’d like to purchase in a different metal type. All metals are hallmarked by the Goldsmiths Assay Office in London to authenticate the type of metal, location, date, and makers mark of the piece.

We use a variety of stones in our Silver Collections including different coloured sapphires, rubies and emeralds. Our Fine Collections feature diamonds. We love working on custom orders so please do get in touch if you’d like a particular stone or if you have a stone you’d like us to work with.

  • What is gold plating?

Gold plating is a process where the metal is coated with layers of gold. We only use 18ct Yellow Gold for our plating and all pieces are hard gold plated rather than flash plating ensuring your piece will last longer. With wear and tear gold plating does gradually wear off to reveal the metal underneath (which is always silver). For a small charge, we are happy to gold plate an item purchased from us again for you.  We have a special section on our Jewellery Care page where you can find out more about how to ensure your gold plate lasts as long as possible.

  • How long will my order take to make and deliver?

All of our jewellery is handmade to order so please allow 5-10 day between ordering and receiving your piece(s). In some cases we can make things to a particular time frame, but this depends on current lead times. If you’re worried about when you will receive your order, please contact us here.

UK orders will be posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery (fully tracked, insured and signature upon delivery) so they will arrive a day after dispatch either by 9am or by 1pm depending on what option you’d like to use.

EU order are posted by Royal Mail International Signed For (tracked in the UK, insured and signature upon delivery) and aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.

All other shipping destinations are posted by Royal Mail International Signed For (tracked in the UK, insured and signature upon delivery) and aim to deliver within 5-7 working days.

  • Do you do rush orders?

We understand that sometimes there is a need for last minute ‘emergency’ orders, so we are happy to help make and deliver your item as soon as possible. Get in touch with us here and we will see what we can do for you.

It’s best to leave as much time as possible especially if you’d like something customised for you, as this may add on extra production time.

  • Can you deliver this quickly for me?

Yes, we can use faster shipping services such as FedEx and Parcelforce if required. Prices will depend on how many pieces you order and the shipping destination. If you require a piece to be delivered faster, please email us before placing your order so we can create a custom listing for you which reflects the additional shipping costs.

Please remember that the jewellery is made to order so you will need to allow 5 working days for the piece to be made, unless we have agreed on a rush order production time.

  • Can I collect my order from your studio?

Yes, you are welcome to collect your order in person from the studio in East London if you wish. Please email us here to receive a code to enter at checkout to remove P&P costs and arrange a collection.

  • Do you accept returns?

Our full Returns policy can be found on the Shipping and Returns page, please ensure you have read and understood these here before purchasing.

Every piece of jewellery has been handcrafted with love and care. We would never send out a piece that we didn’t believe you would love. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase please do not hesitate to get in touch here.

All jewellery is handmade to order, therefore unfortunately we are only able to offer refunds or returns on pieces that are found to be faulty. We may sometimes be able to offer exchanges so please drop us an email to find out more.

  • What delivery options do you offer?

Our full Shipping policy can be found on the Shipping and Returns page here. We mainly use Royal Mail to ship our orders however we occasionally use courier companies and services for express delivery. If you have any further questions regarding shipping please feel free to contact us.


GIFTING

  • Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?

All jewellery comes carefully packaged and ready to gift. We can hand write a special message for you if you’d like, please let us know when you place your order by using the Additional Info box at checkout.

  • Can I buy someone a gift card?

You will be able to very soon! We're in the process of designing some beautiful gift cards for you to purchase. These gift cards will be available in the following denominations- £25, £50, £75, £100, £150, £200, £250.

We also offer gift cards for personalised amounts – please do get in touch if you would like a different amount from those shown above.

  • How can I use my gift card?

When you purchase a gift card, you will be asked to select which amount you would like, fill in the name of the recipient, and enter shipping information. If you’d like it sent to straight to them, we’ll ask for their postal address and we can include a personalised note for you. Each gift card is beautifully printed and comes presented in an embossed envelope.

Each gift card comes with a unique code, which will need to be entered at the checkout upon purchase of a gift. This will automatically deduct the gift card amount from the total price. The code will expire after one use.

  • Can I place a wholesale order?
